This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds of products and services purchased from Boost Blog Traffic, Inc. (dba Smart Blogger).

Digital Products and Services

Boost Blog Traffic, Inc. offers digital products and services for purchase to its readers and subscribers, including downloads and online services.

Unless stated otherwise, all products and services have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. However programs that have limited spaces and/or are delivered over a short, defined period (e.g., a mastermind weekend) and/or involve a high-degree of individualized support (e.g, 1:1 coaching calls) generally do not offer refunds. If in doubt, please contact our support team.

In other words, if you decide a product or service is not suitable for any reason you can notify us by email within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you with a full refund.

Please note it is your responsibility to review the purchased product or service within the 30-day window to determine if it fits your needs.

Some of our products and services also offer a longer but conditional guarantee based on meeting certain product-specific requirements, for example completing all of the necessary homework assignments. Please refer to individual refund policies or contact our support team for more information.

Payment Plans

Where products or services are offered on a payment plan, the overall cost is split into a fixed schedule of smaller payments which are collected at regular intervals until all of the payments have been made.

For the purposes of refunds, the 30-day unconditional guarantee is considered to start from the date of the first payment, not of any subsequent payment.

After the 30-day refund period has expired, payment plans cannot be canceled.

Please note that Boost Blog Traffic, Inc. reserves the right to offer payment plans whose price after all installments have completed is higher than the equivalent single payment for the same product or service.

PayPal Recurring Payment Plans (IMPORTANT)

Where a product or service has been purchased on a subscription or payment plan basis using PayPal, it is not possible for us to cancel future payments on your behalf. You will need to do this manually after you have notified of your cancellation.
