Product Manager (Full-Time Position)

Smart Blogger, Inc. – Remote Position, Full-time

Introduction

At Smart Blogger, we believe students deserve to get results from our courses. Not just information, not just entertainment, but skills employers and clients are happy to pay for, opportunities to work remotely on exciting projects, actual money in their bank account – real benefits that help real people survive and thrive in the real world.

This belief is ingrained deeply into our culture and even our marketing promises. Unlike traditional universities, we guarantee our students that, if they work hard and do all the assignments, they will make back their full tuition, or we will give them a refund. In other words, we backup our philosophy with cold, hard cash.

And we deliver. Students say our courses are perhaps the best they have ever taken, online or anywhere else. We have hundreds of testimonials, thousands of successful students, and celebrate new student victories on a daily basis.

But we want to do more.

To continue this tradition and help us reach the next level, we’re hiring a Product Manager. This is permanent, full-time, salaried position that reports directly to Smart Blogger’s CEO.

Position Summary

Your job as the Product Manager is to take complete ownership of the student experience, including both the courses themselves and our talented team of instructional designers and customer success managers.

You will also take responsibility for making sure our courses give students what they need to become successful, both maintaining our extraordinary track record and expanding upon it for years to come.

  • When we don’t have a proven process for one of the subjects we are teaching (example: getting jobs on LinkedIn), do the research and thinking necessary to develop a new process, track its effectiveness, and iterate until it’s proven to work for our students
  • Give team members feedback on their work performance in a constructive, clear, honest, and kind manner
