Serious Bloggers Only is Live! (Grab Your Free Membership)

Drumroll, please.

Today, we’re announcing a new community built specifically for serious bloggers – people who aren’t just tinkering around with blogging for a hobby, but expect to get actual results from it. Maybe you want to become a full-time writer or get a book deal or land a high-paying client that does everything you say.

Serious Bloggers Only will teach you how. Inside, you’ll learn everything you need to know about getting traffic, improving your writing, and even monetizing your blog.

Because I’ll be teaching you.

Over the past five years, the blogs I’ve helped build have generated over 200 million page views and over $50 million in revenue. I’m taking all that experience and condensing it into a series of cheat sheets and checklists that’ll enable you to take the web by storm.

And I’m doing it for a shockingly cheap price. To reach critical mass, we’re giving a free month of membership to the first 1,000 people who join.

Click here to get the details.

The bad news?

Just over the past few days, 413 “early birds” have already snuck inside. There are only 587 spots left, and today, I’m sending this announcement out to over 40,000 people.

So, get in while you can. 🙂

Fair warning: right now, the whole site is still a little plain. We’re in the process of sprucing up the design and adding new content, so you’ll see lots of changes over the next few weeks.

Once we reach critical mass, we’re also thinking about starting a forum, holding some live events, and maybe even doing a post of the week that’ll be featured here on Smart Blogger. Exciting stuff. 🙂

For right now though, you’ll have access to The Six-Figure Roadmap – an 8,000 word report about how to take your blog from zero to six figures. We also have a list of recommended books and an execution checklist outlining everything you need to do. We’ll be adding more over the next few days, but it’s plenty to keep you busy for now.

So, head on over and take a look. We’ll see you inside.

    Hey Jon

I have already signed up and I was very impressed with your first report – it cuts through the BS and got me excited for what you have in stall in the future.

It delivers exactly what is promised – digestible advice that makes a real difference.

Jon, I’m one of the 413 “early birds” that got access to your Six-Figure Roadmap Report and it’s AWESOME. I implemented your tip from page 5 of your report and it’s already having a major positive impact. Thank you!

    Hey Jon,

All signed up to see if this is for me (only one way to find out!)

By the way the Guest Blogging course has been more than epic.

Only 60% of the way through and the tactics implemented so far have already started to bring in new professional opportunities to pursue. This includes the opportunity to write for a commercial magazine. Bonus!

Bottom line: I know your advice and strategies work.

Very excited to see if I can take my skills to yet another level and take blogging even more seriously.

    Looking forward to more!

    Hi Jon

I would love to be in on this but I’m not a blogger. I have a very young website which I so want to be great. Would Serious bloggers only help me too?

    • Jon Morrow
      Apr 17, 2014 @ 13:12:37

No, this is specifically for bloggers.

Hi Jon, Thanks so much for the early bird material. I love the “stages” format: do this, nothing more, nothing less. It instantly got me back to a beginner’s mind — just what I needed.

Hey Jon, signed up yesterday and quickly read through the report.

I have to admit I was a bit skepticle, because let’s face it, every “guru” online promises a step by step actionable report/ebook/course etc. but rarely deliver. You however actually deliver the goods.

I have created 6 different blogs over the years (non with the hopes of monetize) but simply to promote and share with the world. After reading your report I now know why NO ONE cared and why my blogs went nowhere.

I look forward to more great actionable content!

I’m one of the “earlybirds” too! And by gosh, I love that first report you posted…. just the kick in the behind I needed at the moment. I’ve started working through the checklist to get myself back on track.

Hi Jon, I do not consider myself a writer or blogger. I am a fitness and nutrition coach. I have a blog site. I have programs, nutritional products, and classes to sell. I am serious about my blog site. I’m having it redesigned as I write. I really want to connect with people, help them, and of course grow my list and my business. Is your membership for me?

I signed up right away for this. I’m in the Guest Blogging course, but still struggling. Your challenge to examine just how serious I am about blogging really hit me up ‘side the head and I had to make that decision. I NEED the straight talk that you present in the email messages and the road map. I’m SERIOUS about blogging success and I am ready to do what it takes to get there.

I agree with the commenters above – the first report is excellent. I printed it out and carefully read it through 3 times to make sure I absorbed all the information. I’m ready for the hard work to begin.

Jon, I really liked your first report, especially the part about “growing a root system” before you take off. I’m a total newbie, but I have a plan and I’m hoping you can help me turn it into something by doing the right steps at the right times! Thank you!

I’m in Jon. And I’ve decided to start from the beginning again. Learn how to do this thing the right way and not this haphazard way I’ve been doing it since 2008. GAH! I hate admitting that!

  21. Paul
    Apr 18, 2014 @ 13:04:03

Jon- I tried leaving this comment in your Serious Bloggers Only but the comment box restricts us to only 200 words (and I’m not that brief Ü). In the comprehensive stage of your report you state, “Included with this lesson, you’ll find a list of marketing books I believe you should read.” However, I can’t seem to find any such list in throughout the entire report. When you find a moment, will you send this reading list to me. I look forward to “calendaring” it into my daily routines.

BTW, great report. I’ve become a paying member and look forward to learning more!

The pros that know tell me that if I want to make a good living teaching my passion: how to set your good luck free: planning for serendipity, I need a huge email list. To GET that I need a free ebook. To HOLD onto that I need a blog.

Sounded straightforward… till I tried to do it! Man, it seems impossible!

Luckily, I found “Serious Bloggers Only.” The April Report was my yellow brick road.

Yesterday evening I signed on, printed out the Report, and read all of Stage #1. (No need to read further till I’ve done all that’s in that section.)

Today I am reading the first recommended marketing book, and already deep into following through with the steps you have so clearly outlined.

    Hi Jon

I’ve been appreciating your posts for some time. Now, I have signed up for Serious!

I don’t have a blog in the traditional sense – I started a new rich media – visual magazine for cross platform delivery. Looking into the future to use magazine as platform for delivering my own “insiders” blog – then retreats, travel etc. – –
Look to share and see your thoughts as this is a bit of a different way of delivery.

    My Best,
    Maria Camille

    Apr 20, 2014 @ 15:26:28

I’m all signed up, using my calendar, and have downloaded the first marketing book on Audible. I’ve read the April report. Of course I have questions:

I’m very intrigued by your report. I really like it! I totally understand your approach and want to follow your direction. I’m wondering how do I do this when I have existing products and services. For example, I’m a Team Beachbody Coach, the fitness and nutritional products already have high brand recognition (P90x, insanity). I do understand I have to establish my brand as it relates to these products.

I’m clear on stages 1 and 2. It’s at stage 3 where I become a little confuse. In one instance, I feel like it should be easier for me. I believe your process really allows me to build real trust and not someone who’s pushing products off on people. A big no-no for me.

By the way, i do use social media like Facebook, and Twitter for now.

    Please advise.

    Thank you!

    Hey Jon

You are killing it man. I admit: I never saw as good writer as you are. I’m not sucking you but I want to give you an honest praise for your good work.

Unfortunately, I haven’t got into this 1000 free but I’ll reconsider going for premium.

    Keep rocking Jon!

Hey Jon – had to sign up for this. BBT content is on a different level and the first report on SBO makes perfect sense. Have already started planning out my calender.
This would have been so useful to me a year ago when I first attempted blogging. I did the old “start a blog in ten minutes” BS and found myself in a complete minefield of information overload and contradictory theories.
This blog shines like a beacon for those disoriented in the virtual city of confusion that is the blogosphere.

Thank you for being a voice in the wilderness for us.

    Apr 22, 2014 @ 14:30:49

Thank you so much for this opportunity. I’m following through on all the recommendations and learned so much from the first report alone. I read “Made to Stick” the first night and it’s a great marketing book for writers. It’s not easy keeping on top of three careers (if you include motherhood). Blogging will make four. So thank you for showing how and where to invest my time.

    Apr 24, 2014 @ 22:21:17

Blast! I was checking my spam box and saw this, only to find that you’ve had your first 1,000 members already. Guess I don’t get the first month free.

    No biggie.

I have a question. i don’t do blogging for myself. i work at an agency and do blogging for clients for lead generation purposes. Would this still be helpful to me? If so, how?

Big fan of your blog, BTW.

    • Tim Gary
      Apr 25, 2014 @ 01:05:05

      Hi Chase,

There’s a 30 day money back guarantee, so it’s comparable to 30 day trial *wink*

In my mind, your benefit could easily multiply due to client work. There would still be a lot to dig into for each and every client, but having the skills to *really* help them is huge.

BBT Tech guy who’s supposed to be on vacation, but has been carefully watching the launch for the past week 🙂
